It’s Christmas time, you guys. Christmas! Time! You say Christmas I say Time. Christmas! Time! Christmas! Time!
I need to sit down….
As you can see, I’m very excited about Christmas time. And being a parent makes it EXTRA exciting.
[Important Editor’s Note: Being a parent is the best thing you can be, even if you’re a doctor saving lives or whatever. If you’re not a parent, you can never truly understand how completely un-special you were before you became a parent.]
After all, there are few things more wonderful than watching a child’s excitement during the holidays. And my little miracle baby is. Obsessed. With. Christmas. Last year, we were in Bali for Christmas, and he just loved it. And he is particularly attached to these Christmas books for kids.
But this year he went all out, writing a letter AND a wish list to Santa Claus (last year he only wrote a wish list).
It was so cute I just had to scan it and share it with everyone. Take a look!
[Editor’s Warning: My son is 3 ½ and he’s learning new words and expressing himself in more complicated ways, but he still doesn’t completely understand some of the things he’s learning, so please bare with him. Thank you!]
The Wish List!
Wasn’t that adorable?!
Okay, it was pretty unsettling, but isn’t that what Christmas is all about?
What about you guys? Did your kids write letters to Santa? (If they’re having any trouble, this is a hilarious explanation of exactly how to write a letter to Santa.)
[Important Editor’s Note: You should know that I was going to write an incredible holiday gift guide, but The Onion beat me to it.]
